Paperwork update

Here’s an update on my paperwork:
March 13: Arrived in the Netherlands
March 16: Visited Immigration and registered at Town Hall
March 30: Advised residency was approved — residency permit on way (apparently this was very quick, however I believe the process is fairly quick for knowledge migrants)
April 6: Received questionnaire from tax office wanting to know why [...]

A visit to the bakery

Today I decided to visit my local bakery and buy a cake.

I bought a ticket to Pinkpop today. It is apparently the world’s longest running music festival and runs over the Pentecost weekend (which is a long weekend here). It’s held in Landgraaf, which is just over an hour south of Eindhoven.
