The last of the trilogy of art/design/light events in Eindhoven in the autumn is GLOW. This is a relatively new festival (this year’s was the third instance) and really capitalises on Eindhoven’s City of Light reputation.

The Eindhoven Marathon celebrated its 25th anniversary this year. Apparently it is one of the fastest in the world (as a friend pointed out, that’s not surprising as it’s so flat). Eindhoven also holds a running expo over that weekend, so it’s a big event.
